    When creating the site, we struggled for a long time over whether to add a shop, as we worried it might detract from the site's character. Lately, we decided that just writing about health and nutrition was not enough and that some visitors might also be interested in healthy products. On this site, we offer products that we use in our diagnostics and therapy, as well as products for home care and use. Many of our products are not available in Europe or are offered in different formulations, therefore, we source most of our products from the USA. In our blogs, we will revive old home remedies and the apothecary from the herb garden. We also invite you to visit our shop, where you can find a selection of sustainable and healthy products.     To choose a good and coherent supplement, it is always advisable to carry out a brief and sometimes more detailed assessment of your health. This is because an effective dietary supplement starts when a healthy and balanced diet cannot adequately cover the need for micronutrients. This may be due to the time of year, region, or even certain living conditions. A lot does not always help a lot; it is not really a guiding principle for effective supplementation. The minimum we recommend is a brief assessment of your needs. Of course, it is always ideal to know where you stand in terms of health and nutrition.     We would like to show you a small selection of our test kits. These tests are recommended as part of good preventive medicine and are based on functional medicine, which includes mitochondrial medicine. They can be done easily and conveniently at home. In addition to the selection presented here, many more test kits are available, some of which can also be done at home but should be supported by a consultation. With the exception of the NutrEval test, this portfolio only lists tests that can be done at home and are of a preventative nature. Always consult a doctor or clinic if you are not feeling well.     We have also listed popular supplements as part of a targeted dietary supplement. Always follow the directions on the label and, unless otherwise prescribed, the recommended dosage. We recommend a preliminary consultation when selecting tests and supplements, as well as an evaluation discussion of the test results and follow-up discussions during supplement use.
